Speyside Whisky Trail Walk
An easygoing amble along the River Spey linking riverside paths, old railway lines and a distillery or two.
About this trip
This gentle three-day walk follows the River Spey through the heart of malt-whisky country, linking riverside paths and the green corridor of a disused railway. The walking is flat and forgiving, threading between distilleries, old stone bridges and salmon pools.
Each day ends in a comfortable inn, with a guided distillery tour and tasting built into the itinerary. Two nights' accommodation and luggage transfers are included. It's a relaxed, sociable trip for those who like their miles seasoned with a dram.
