Skye Trotternish Traverse
Walk the full switchback spine of the Trotternish ridge, from the Storr to the Quiraing, over three guided days.
About this trip
The Trotternish ridge is the longest continuous escarpment in Britain, a 30-kilometre rollercoaster of grassy summits and crumbling cliffs created by the largest landslip in the country. Over three days we link its finest sections, from the pinnacles of the Storr to the chaos of the Quiraing.
A local guide handles route choice and daily transport between start and finish points, so you walk the ridge unencumbered. Two nights' accommodation and packed lunches are included. Reasonable fitness and a head for exposed ground are essential.
